Before handing over the keys, we perform a comprehensive final inspection to ensure every detail is perfect. Then, with excitement and pride, we hand over the keys to your brand-new home—ready for you to start your next chapter.

Aftercare
Our aftercare has your back. We include an industry-leading 6-month defect period, 10-year structural warranty, and first-year maintenance. We’ll check in at 1 and 6 months to handle seasonal tweaks, fix minor issues, and keep your home feeling brand new.
